2. What data we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect:
- Email address — to contact you about our launch
- Salutation preference (King/Queen) — to personalise your experience
- Consent timestamp — a record of when you agreed to receive communications
- Sign-up date — recorded automatically
3. Why we collect it and our lawful basis
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

4. How long we keep your data
We retain your waitlist data for as long as you remain on our mailing list. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
5. Who we share your data with
We share your data only with the following service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Supabase — database hosting (data stored in the EU/UK)
- Resend — email delivery service
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share it with any other organisations for their own marketing purposes.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

8. Withdrawing consent and unsubscribing
You can withdraw your consent to receive emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@lolus.uk. Once withdrawn, we will stop sending you marketing communications and delete your waitlist data within 30 days.
9. Cookies
Our waitlist page does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent where required.
